"हमारा गाँव" पर बच्चों का यौन शोषण या दुर्व्यवहार (CSAE), बाल यौन शोषण सामग्री (CSAM), बच्चों को बहलाना-फुसलाना (grooming), या बच्चों को किसी भी तरह यौन रूप में दिखाने वाली सामग्री पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित है।
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming of children, and any content that sexualises minors are strictly prohibited on Hamara Gaon.
शिकायत कैसे करें · How to report
- ऐप में: किसी जानकारी पर "ग़लत जानकारी बताएँ" बटन, या प्रोफ़ाइल → सुधार / हटाने का अनुरोध। · In the app: the "Report wrong information" button on an entry, or Profile → Correction / removal request.

हम क्या करते हैं · What we do
- ऐसी सामग्री की जानकारी मिलते ही उसे हटाते हैं। · We remove such content as soon as we learn of it.
- जोड़ने वाले का खाता रोक (block) देते हैं। · We block the account that posted it.
- कानून के अनुसार ज़रूरी जानकारी सुरक्षित रखते हैं और संबंधित अधिकारियों को सूचना देते हैं — भारत में राष्ट्रीय साइबर अपराध रिपोर्टिंग पोर्टल, और दूसरे देशों में वहाँ की अधिकृत संस्था या NCMEC। · We preserve information as the law requires and report to the relevant authorities — in India the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, elsewhere the competent national authority or NCMEC.
कानून का पालन · Legal compliance
हम बाल सुरक्षा से जुड़े लागू कानूनों का पालन करते हैं, जिनमें भारत का पॉक्सो अधिनियम, 2012 (POCSO) और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 शामिल हैं।
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
बच्चों की जानकारी · Children's information
यह ऐप 18 वर्ष या उससे बड़े लोगों के लिए है। वंशावली में बच्चों की जानकारी केवल उनके माता-पिता या अभिभावक जोड़ सकते हैं, और हर जानकारी को "निजी" या "केवल परिवार" रखा जा सकता है।
The app is intended for people aged 18 and over. Information about children in a family tree may be added only by their parents or guardians, and any item can be kept "private" or "family only".
